CHANGE THE CONVERSATION
Why keep it angsty when we can all…Keep It Juicy? As divisive as our country has become, Johnsonville decided to take a bold stand: Hey, let’s all turn down the temperature, people. (A reminder for how to come together as well as to cook sausage.) We teamed up with Hold Fast & Co. (Milwaukee) for this total company rebrand. Is it kind of ridiculous for a sausage company to show us all a better way? Yes. But somebody has to.

SOUTHERN GRILLING CAMPAIGN

WHEN WEBSTER’S WORDS FALL SHORT, WE MAKE UP OUR OWN
When Johnsonville was first named the “Official Sausage of the Southeastern Conference,” they (and agency partner Hold Fast & Co.) found us. The Wisconsin-based favorite needed creative firepower who knew the South, Southern tailgating and SEC fan culture – something quite foreign to their big, flashy New York agency. Our message centered on grilling tongs and the heroic tailgate titans who wield them. We anointed them Tongsmen. Wasn’t a real word. It is now.
